The Basics
Enabling Activities supports young adults with learning disabilities and is able to cater for complex needs, such as autism and learning disabilities. We can also support those with additional physical disabilities, such as wheelchair users and individuals with deafness or partial sight. Personal care is available for customers when out and about.
When Do
We Operate?
We are highly flexible: we can work in small groups or with individuals and our activities are available on full-day basis.

We can also accommodate earlier starting and later finishing times on request. Enabling Activities is open all year round, except on bank holidays.
Our Pricing
Services can be accessed by Council managed budgets, direct payments or be self-funded. Our charges are based on the Staffordshire County Council basic rate and an additional fee reflecting the level of support required and the activity. Third party activities, such as swimming and, are charged at the rates of their providers.

Our base is St Peter’s Scout Hall in St Peter’s Gardens, Stafford, ST17 4SN. Stafford, the county town, is situated on the edge of the beautiful Cannock Chase and is an excellent location from which to provide a wide range of trips and activities.ecked and trained in first aid.
All staff working at Enabling Activities have undergone an enhanced DBS check. Individual risk assessments are carried out for all activities and customers and staff are fully insured for everything we do.
